CASRO

CASRO hosted a table at a recent Career Fair on the New York City campus of Pace University. Volunteers from Synovate (Britta Schreiber) and RTi Research (Mel Rothstein and Lisa Cooper) met with approximately 100 young job seekers to discuss the merits and opportunities of a career in market research. Distributed to attendees was an information sheet about market research careers, which mentioned CASRO's Careers in Research website section, including its free Job Board. A listing of all NY-metro area CASRO member companies, their locations and web addresses also was distributed. NY-metro area companies were invited to send handouts about their companies and available entry-level jobs and internships.
