Please note that the report statistics are for informational use only. They may not be used to set salaries and/or to justify to an employee why his or her salary has been set at a particular amount.

CASRO members from full-service firms that participate in the survey receive the final report free of charge. Non-participating CASRO members and non-members may purchase a copy by contacting us.

The survey data is collected each spring and the final report is released in early summer. Data is collected securely online by an independent third party and is kept strictly confidential and reported in aggregate.
