CASRO Announces Call for Papers for 2010 Panel Conference

Port Jefferson, NY – The Council of American Survey Research Organizations (CASRO) once again is asking the market research industry to share objective studies into crucial online survey research issues at its Panel Conference, scheduled for February 24-25, 2010 in New Orleans.

“In order for the online survey research market to move into a new era of high quality service we need to establish a framework of universally accepted terms and practices,” noted Frank Kelly, Managing Director, TNS 6th Dimension Europe and Panel Conference Co-Chair.  “To reach this goal we need to come together as an industry to share objective studies, discuss viable conclusions, and formulate appropriate next steps.” Added fellow Panel Conference Co-Chair Jeff Miller (COO, Burke, Inc.), “The quality debate is too big for one company to understand on its own. Clients want to see an industry solution to quality concerns.”

In addition to presentations of papers focused on the following topics, the event also will feature presentations and panel discussions from key practitioners on future trends and industry developments in the quality arena.

A one- or two-page synopsis of the proposed paper must be sent to panelpapers@casro.org by Tuesday, September 15, 2009. Chosen papers will be announced by October 7, 2009. Complete details on the paper selection process are available at casro.org.
