Companies that conduct financial research, health care research, international research, internet research or children’s research must understand the laws and prepare their research contracts, policies and processes to comply with the many laws already in place, while anticipating the creation of future regulations. CASRO 3P addresses and resolves the legal liability, while supporting the industry’s contention that it is sufficiently self-regulated.
