Chicago, IL – Vision Critical and Angus Reid Strategies announced today the official opening of their Chicago office with Matt and LeAnn Helmrich, both Senior Vice Presidents.

Prior to joining Angus Reid Strategies, Kleinschmit was Vice President at Knowledge Networks and Ipsos in the Technology, Media, Entertainment and Consumer Package Goods sectors. He has a broad range of experience in the methodological design, execution, and analysis of quantitative primary consumer research initiatives, and is a frequent writer and commentator on emerging media engagement, brand management, product innovation and youth behaviors.

Helmrich has over twenty years of wide ranging market research experience in the high tech, healthcare, apparel and utilities verticals. Her methodological repertoire includes: needs finding, needs prioritization, customer satisfaction and loyalty programs, qualitative and quantitative concept testing, feature optimization studies, pricing studies and segmentations. Over the course of her career, LeAnn has worked for both leading research clients and suppliers such as Abbott Laboratories, Intel Corporation, Custom Research Inc and Walker.
