Room Reservations/Deadlines: CASRO has reserved a limited number of sleeping rooms at THe Driskill at a rate of $229 per night. The hotel room/rate reservation deadline is Friday, March 4, however, this rate is only guaranteed as long as rooms are available in the CASRO room reservation block, so we suggest making your room reservation early. If the room block is full, or it is after March 4, the hotel will take reservations on a rate and space availability basis only. The on-site registration rate applies only to those who stay at the event's host hotel within the CASRO room block. This requires that attendees book their room directly with the hotel (either via phone or online) and reference the CASRO group when doing so. Other methods, such as booking through travel agents or travel websites (Travelocity, Orbitz, etc.) will not allow you to be included in CASRO's contracted block and therefore the on-site registration rate will not apply.Cancellation Policy CASRO reserves theright to release your sleeping room back into the hotel's inventory if you do not register to attend this conference within five days of reserving your room. Should you fail to register for the conference, or if you cancel your conference registration, CASRO will not be responsible for cancelling your hotel room and therefore will not be responsible for any cancellation or no-show fees incurred.
