Kris manages several advanced choice-based research studies each year, and is skilled in interpreting and communicating results to various audiences, including executive-level management.Anne looks after YouGov’s Omnibus service in the US. With at least one nationally Omnibus survey launched every day, questionnaire design is a key skill for the team, who are used to practicing it in high volumes. Anne’s areas of specialism include research for PR stories and testing everything from adverts and concepts through to packaging. Before moving to the US Omnibus team, Anne focused on consulting research with charities and non-profits in the UK.

Cindy R. Ford, Ph.D., Rook Solutions
Cindy works as a Methodologist and Statistical Consultant with Rook Solutions, a boutique, global, advanced analytics firm that provides analytical support for marketing research and marketing consulting clients. She has over 25 years of management and statistical consulting experience using her creativity to solve the most demanding and complex problems in exceptionally difficult and challenging operations research, clinical research, and market research projects. Her research experience includes work with companies in CPG, entertainment, technology, services, pharmaceuticals, and many other industries. She has been retained as an expert statistical witness for or before such groups as the USDA, FDA, EEOC, Department of Energy, FDIC and several law firms. Cindy has extensive executive experience within the market research industry and also served as the Director of the Center for Statistical Consulting and Research at Southern Methodist University. Cindy has a Ph.D. and a Master’s degree in Statistical Science from Southern Methodist University, a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics & Statistics from Baylor University, and an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Baylor University. She has provided insights for clients such as Sara Lee, Apple, Universal Orlando Resorts, Pharmavite, Cigna, Safeway, eBay, Netflix, TD Bank, Fidelity, and Mattel. She served on the AMA’s Advanced Research Techniques (ART) Forum Program Committee three times and was the Program Chair in 2010. She also served as a member of the Advisory Committee for SMU’s Master of Science in Applied Statistics and Data Analytics (MASDA) degree program.
