Mission Statement: To coordinate the annual financial and compensation surveys of CASRO member companies with the outside independent firm who collects and reports the data. To review and update the survey questionnaires and reports in response to changing membership needs. To utilize emerging technology to reduce costs and improve survey usability and increase member participation wherever possible. To analyze the data from the survey and to report the results in written/electronic form to CASRO members who participate in the survey and to present a summary of results to the membership.

Mission Statement: To establish nominees for the Board of Directors; committee's report and list of nominees for the Board of Directors shall be sent to all CASRO members at least sixty days prior to the Annual Conference. Additional nominations for the Board of Directors may be made by petition. Each petition must be signed by at least five (5) CASRO members in good standing and must be submitted to the CASRO office thirty (30) days prior to the Annual Conference.

Mission Statement:As mandated by the Bylaws, to make recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding any member against whom a complaint is made for failing to comply with the requirements of these Bylaws, including the CASRO Code of Standards and Ethics. If so directed by the Board of Directors, the committee will also recommend any possible amendment to the CASRO Code of Standards.
