|The CASRO Board, representing the diversity of research specializations, company sizes and geographic locations, meets quarterly to set agenda, review association initiatives, review and vote on membership applications, provide fiduciary oversight and approve association budget. Mission Statement: To coordinate the annual financial and compensation surveys of CASRO member companies with the outside independent firm who collects and reports the data. To review and update the survey questionnaires and reports in response to changing membership needs. To utilize emerging technology to reduce costs and improve survey usability and increase member participation wherever possible. To analyze the data from the survey and to report the results in written/electronic form to CASRO members who participate in the survey and to present a summary of results to the membership.

Mission Statement: To ensure that there is adequate and appropriate monitoring, lobbying and oversight on federal and state legislation and issues that could affect marketing and public opinion research. Separately, to make recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding any government activities that could affect the conduct of survey research business from an economic standpoint. To encourage the development and enhancement of the CASRO Privacy Protection Program in order to meet the compliance and implementation needs of all CASRO member segments.

Mission Statement: To advance and promote the goals and initiatives of CASRO as defined by the Board via the communication vehicles deemed most appropriate and effective. Key areas of communication to new and prospective members include: member benefits, events, industry expertise, GPA efforts, standards and guidelines, CASRO benchmarking surveys, and ISO certification services.

Mission Statement: As mandated by CASRO's Bylaws, to actively recruit new members to CASRO, to review and approve applications, and to make recommendations to the Board of Directors concerning new member applications. To encourage member participation in CASRO committees and activities. To determine if membership needs are being met and to recommend measures or services that will better meet the changing needs of members.

Mission Statement: To establish nominees for the Board of Directors; committee's report and list of nominees for the Board of Directors shall be sent to all CASRO members at least sixty days prior to the Annual Conference. Additional nominations for the Board of Directors may be made by petition. Each petition must be signed by at least five (5) CASRO members in good standing and must be submitted to the CASRO office thirty (30) days prior to the Annual Conference.
