For your research firm to achieve its maximum financial performance, a lot needs to fall into place. Product offerings must be expertly refined and articulated to clients, your employees must be capable of striking a balance between innovation and implementation, you have to be responsive to rapidly changing market needs, and you need a culture that supports all of these activities. This is a tall order, but one that can be achieved through a focus on the 'fit' between the core elements of your firm. This presentation will provide a deeper understanding of what makes high performance firms possible. We will discuss the most effective methods for creating fit, among them a determination of which of your firm’s elements warrant further investment and which should be jettisoned.
