Lisa Cooper, Senior Vice President, RTi Research
Lisa has been in the market research industry for more than 25 years, and has built strong relationships with a variety of consumer packaged goods, healthcare and beauty industry clients over that time. Lisa’s success is based on her ability to design research that fully addresses marketing objectives, deliver consumer insights within a marketing context and, above all, provide superior client service. Lisa began her market research career at Shifrin Research, Inc. in 1984, and remained with the company through 2007 (Shifrin Research was sold to Ipsos in 2005). Since joining RTi in late 2007, Lisa has continued to work with many of the clients with whom she worked at Shifrin Research (some for 20+ years), and has forged relationships with new clients, as well. In addition to working with clients on projects and initiatives, Lisa shares her research expertise as one of RTi’s Quick Course instructors. Lisa is active in CASRO, where she is currently working on a committee tasked with promoting marketing research as a career with the goal of attracting the "best and the brightest” students to our industry. Lisa graduated from East Carolina University with a BA in Marketing.
Michael Imperatrice, Vice President, RTi
Michael has 30+ years’ experience working on the "supplier
side” of the research industry. Prior to joining RTi in 2007, he worked
at firms including Evaluative Criteria Inc., NPD, Dennis and Company, and
Guideline. Michael has a wide range of experience on important research
projects in the Food, CPG, HBA and Financial arenas using an array of
methodologies. He has a BS degree in Business Administration with a
concentration in Marketing, Management and Economics from C.W. Post College of
Long Island University.
