Cyber Liability & Data Breach Coverage
Since many market research firms manage and store significant amounts of personally identifiable information each day, data breach is among the industry’s greatest risks. Many clients now expect and insist that data handlers have sufficient insurance coverage. Recently enacted privacy regulations aimed at protecting customers from cyber threats brings intensified scrutiny to a company’s response to a breach, as well as the risk management measures in place prior to the breach.
Ensure you are adequately protected with Professional Liability Insurance from CASRO.
On average, companies switching to this coverage saved 20-30%.
