Part 1 - Pre-Workshop Webinar:
Part 2 - Four-Day Workshop in Port Jefferson, New York (approx. 50 miles east of New York City)
Hosted at the offices of CASRO, this workshop will provide a
detailed review of the ISO standard. Our presenters will define and discuss the documentation needed to develop a research process management system that complies with the ISO 20252:2012 standard and you will begin to write key parts of this documentation.
You can expect hands-on assistance with completing your ISO documentation, consultation on company-specific ISO implementation issues, audit and certification issues, and assistance with completion of documents required by CIRQ to proceed with an audit.
At the conclusion of the workshop, you should have approximately 70% of your Quality Manual for ISO certification completed; and have identified the balance of the manual and supporting procedures, etc. needed to complete all of your documentation. Following the workshop your company should be ready for audit within 3-6 months.
