Power Up Your Demographic Analysis With U.S. Census Data Tools and Applications
Hosted in Partnership with the U.S. Census

TUESDAY, MAY 10 | 3:00 – 4 p.m. EST
A Free Webinar for CASRO Members

This interactive webinar will teach attendees how to use census data effectively and efficiently for market research, planning and community assessment. Participants will observe live instructor-led demonstrations of the many tools and mapping/graphic applications available on the U.S. Census website. These tools enable researchers to conduct, at no cost, searches on population numbers and several of the social/economic characteristics available through the American Community Survey (ACS), the premier source for detailed information about the American people and workforce.

The ACS helps local officials, community leaders and businesses understand the changes taking place in their communities. It includes such data as State Ranking Tables, which order the 50 states, DC, and Puerto Rico, based on 89 different demographic, social, economic, and housing measures. Other ACS data tables allow for comparison of selected population profiles, and Subject, Detailed, Ranking, and Geographic Comparison Tables.

Attendance is limited, so please register early. Only those registered will receive the supporting resource materials provided by the presenter.

Time has been allotted for audience questions.
