Annual Compensation Survey
a Special “Members Only” Service

CASRO's Annual Compensation Survey offers research executives a unique opportunity to learn about the practices of peer firms—U.S.-based, full-service research companies both large and small.

The report derived from this comprehensive survey provides detailed information on dozens of job positions across all regions in the U.S. Executives rely on CASRO's Compensation Report to review research industry compensation practices, including salary, bonuses and benefits.

About the Survey

The survey data is collected each spring and the final report is released in early summer. Data is collected securely online by an independent third party and is kept strictly confidential and reported in aggregate. Final reports are accessible in PDF format. Your company's participation is not disclosed to any other participant.

CASRO members from full-service firms that participate in the survey receive the final report free of charge.
