Doug Griffen and his Advanced Strategy Center team will lead participants through a condensed but customized Leadership Institute that will focus on leadership trends in organizations, the leadership attributes that matter, and how leaders are leveraging innovation and collaboration in their organizations to create a more inclusive operating style and culture for their organizations.

- Pre-Conference Session 1: Tuesday, October 9 from 1:00pm to 4:30pm

The Registration Process
Conference participants must pre-register for a session, indicating preference for pre- or post-conference. Each session will be limited to 25 participants as we will engage in a significant amount of discussion and want to ensure a very interactive session. A confirmation letter and more detail on the session agenda will be provided to registered participants in September.

A special rate of $350/person has been negotiated for the sessions.

Your Leadership Facilitators:

Douglas S. Griffen:
Douglas Griffen is the Director of Strategy and Facilitation at the Advanced Strategy Center and is widely regarded as one of the top meeting facilitators in the country. He is a pioneer in the use of electronic brainstorming methods such as our Advanced Strategy Lab tools, and has personally facilitated over one thousand strategic sessions for Fortune 100 clients across the country and around the world.

Roger A. Webb:
Roger Webb is the Project Director at the Advanced Strategy Center. Roger has been involved in the personal growth and corporate training arena since 1997. As a Master NLP Practitioner, and Certified Coach, Roger has successfully coached many people in areas of personal growth, wellness, and business, and has specialized in sales, management, and customer service training for large corporations.

Carl Lundblad:
Carl Lundblad is the Director of Client Development at the Advanced Strategy Center. Carl is a seasoned executive with strong business development, network and strategic alliance development, training and team building experience in the healthcare, technology, and non-profit industries. Carl has over 20 years experience in the healthcare and technology industries, spanning hospital and long term care systems and foundations (strategic and business planning), medical equipment manufacturers, medical software firms, and Internet driven technology solutions firms (ranging from his own start up web-based firm which launched one of the nation's first college search portals, to a publicly traded solutions consulting firm, USWeb/marchFIRST).
