| Client Conference: Our Shared Commitment to Research |
Tuesday, June 3, 2008
The Millennium UN Plaza Hotel ▪ New York City
CONFERENCE OVERVIEW
What issues are affecting our clients, the end-users of research? How do they address internal and external challenges? What do they require from research agencies to support their commitment to research? In what ways can our “shared commitment to research” be collaborative? These questions and many others will be addressed during this unique forum in which client speakers will present and prompt discussion of key issues that affect the entire research process.
In this one-day conference you'll get the client's view on the value of research to their business model and an appreciation of the internal challenges they face. Learn what you can do to provide the added value they seek, as well as identify the areas upon which we can collaborate and be mutually supportive. Sessions will appeal to any research firm executive who deals directly with the client, including CEOs, presidents, account executives, sales executives, and other senior management. Don't miss this opportunity to better understand the dynamics of the client-agency relationship.
Research executives from leading technology, consumer products and financial companies will provide their insights in several interactive sessions on various topics, including:
- Value added: Going above and beyond in the right direction
- Deliverables: Bring your data to life
- Building and maintaining relationships with research firms
- The client perspective on the research industry
- How clients see their role: The changes and challenges
- What research quality means
Network with Peers: The program includes a networking cocktail reception on Monday night.
Pre-registration is required for all attendees and is open through Friday, May 30. Walk-in registrations are not permitted.
