WORKSHOP OVERVIEW

The Advanced Project Directors Training Workshop expands on the topics in Part 1 of the Project Directors series and focuses on the individual with two to five years of experience in research.  You may be very comfortable with the basics of the research process but may require specific training in other areas equally vital to business.  Participants will gain valuable insights they can take back to their organizations and put to practical everyday use. Attendees will learn from successful strategies used by their peers, and all sessions will allot time for group interaction and Q&A.  The program also includes a networking cocktail reception on Thursday evening.

The Workshop will addresses everything required to complete a successful project:

- Project Conception, Development and Management

- Study Design

- Questionnaire Design

- Managing Data Collection and Fieldwork

- Sampling

- Advanced Analytical Techniques

- Report Writing and Presentation

Here are some comments from attendees of last year’s event:

“Very informative and applicable to many fields.”
“Great speakers. They were intelligent and well organized.”
“Great mix of topics; good presenters; useful information; very well organized.”
“Very useful for a project manager/director level participant. Very relevant to my own job functions.”
“I really enjoyed the presentations and found them valuable and practical.”

The workshop includes a networking cocktail reception at the end of Day I so attendees can interact with peers.
