WHAT IS IT?

A five-day, comprehensive workshop that will prepare your company for its audit and certification to ISO 20252 and/or 26362. You will:

  • Write your company's Quality Manual
  • Prepare and document support procedures according to ISO standards and your company's policies
  • Receive templates to create auditable records required by the ISO standards
  • Complete 70% of the documents needed for audit and certification and be ready to refine and finalize the balance

In addition, you will receive:

  • Hands-on assistance with completing your ISO documentation by an ISO 20252/26362 auditing expert
  • One-on-one private consultation on company-specific ISO implementation, audit and certification issues
  • Assistance with completion of the CIRQ Request for Quotation and your company's application for audit and certification

  • Prior to this workshop we will host "Big Picture" webinars all about the ISO standards and implementation and what you need to do within your company to prepare for the workshop

* Contracted separately five full days of consultation from an expert in ISO 20252/26362 standards would typically cost more than $10,000.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

Intense instruction, course materials, personal, private consulting time with instructor during the course, daily breakfast and lunch, cocktail reception, one group dinner, daily transportation to and from the hotel to CASRO offices.

*Not included: Airfare, hotel accommodations, dinners (aside from the group dinner), transportation to/from airport

Long Island MacArthur Airport (ISP / KISP) is located in Islip, New York, approximately 11 miles away. John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK / KJFK) and LaGuardia Airport (LGA / KLGA) New York, New York, are both approximately 44 miles from Port Jefferson.

Taxi and rental car services are available at these three airports.

Port Jefferson also is a stop on the Long Island Railroad, with service to and from Penn Station, New York City (approximately 90 minutes travel time).

Norine has 25 years experience assisting companies with preparing for ISO audits. Norine advised the ISO 20252 technical committee that developed this research standard and currently runs her own consulting and audit subcontracting company in Australia.

Cathy has more than 35 years of market research experience most recently serving as Group Vice President of Maritz, where she was responsible for global strategic planning and product development and the company's ISO 9001 registration. Cathy is currently CIRQ Certification Director
