Registration

About six weeks prior to a scheduled conference, members and non-members on CASRO's mailing list will receive a conference registration form and a brochure describing the conference program, hotel information, and other logistical details.

Registrants may sign up by completing a paper or online registration form. Paper forms can be faxed to (631) 928-6041 or mailed to: CASRO, 170 North Country Road, Suite 4, Port Jefferson, NY 11777.

Payment may be made either via check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express).

Conference Logistics
Hotel Reservations
Tuition does not include hotel accommodations for participants. CASRO University will arrange for the hotel and room rates, but the attendees are responsible for making their own reservations. It is the attendees’ responsibility to notify the hotel of any cancellation or change in reservations.

Tuition / Fees / Refunds
Tuition varies for each course. Second and subsequent enrollees from the same company attending the same course may be granted a discount. Course tuition includes materials, continental breakfast, lunch and refreshments each day.
Space permitting, courses are open to research professionals whose employers do not belong to CASRO. All courses are available on an individual basis. Generally, CASRO member companies will be given tuition discounts.

Tuition (minus a $25 cancellation fee) will be refunded only for individual cancellation furnished in writing (mail, fax or email) at least one week prior to the start date of the course. Please allow 6-8 weeks for refund processing. Cancellations received less than one week prior to the start date of the course will not receive a refund. Registrants who fail to attend and fail to notify CASRO University will also not receive a refund. Substitution of attendees is permitted at any time prior to the start date of the course. Please contact CASRO to make a substitution.

Oversubscription

Should a conference become oversubscribed, eligibility will be determined by the date the enrollment was received at the offices of CASRO University. Members will be accepted before non-members.

Course Cancellation

The aim of CASRO University is to offer professional development courses that meet high standards of excellence in content and delivery. If enrollment for a particular course is insufficient for a quality presentation, the University reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule the course. In such an event the University shall refund tuition. Any decision to cancel is usually made 30 days prior to the scheduled class date. Please keep this possibility in mind when making travel arrangements.

Certificate of Participation

Upon completion of the seminar, University participants will receive a "Certificate of Participation".
